Therapeutic Style and Approach

Evidence-Based Modalities

Vince draws from several evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Helps clients identify and change thinking errors that may be leading to feeling stuck — in your head or in action.

Experiential Therapy

Uses activities and tools to create meaningful, hands-on progress in session.

EMDR

Vince is certified in EMDR. This is a lengthy and meaningful process that deepens his trauma-informed practice.

Vince knows that the narrative or story you tell yourself impacts your relationships and life choices. Through therapy you will learn to better understand yourself, leading to faster change. He holds the belief that “all people naturally seek to live as authentically as possible” and that “through living more authentically we can find the answers to most issues that we face in life.”
