Vincent specializes in ADHD and treats those already diagnosed or those concerned they may be struggling with ADHD and have yet to get a diagnosis. He enjoys working with folks in the LGBTQIA+ community and all of the issues that arise from being marginalized in your own country. Vince is fully trained in EMDR and is on his journey (this is a very lengthy process) to full certification. He also sees those struggling with Depression, Anxiety, Greif and Life Transitions. The modalities he finds to be most effective are evidenced bases practices in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Experiential Therapy (the use of activities and tools). He combines these approaches with skills training, sports psychology concepts and warm empathic communication.
About:
Vincent or ‘Vince’ has a calm demeanor that allows his clients to feel at ease from the very first session. After years of providing therapy, his strength lies in his open-minded, non-judgmental approach. Building rapport with his clients comes naturally due to his easy-going presence. He prioritizing building a safe space and a healthy therapeutic relationship. His ability to be an active listener, balanced with providing insights and encouragement for change lends to quick progress. Through history taking, he works to see what barriers you have faced. This may be helpful if you are struggling with an undiagnosed mental health condition. Or maybe an intimate relationship with a friend, family member or partner has left you feeling broken. Through process time, thinking errors will be identified that may be leading to feeling stuck, in your head or in action. Vince will not give up until you meet your goals.
Vincent is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who obtained his master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas.

The last three years Vince worked in the outpatient setting (clinic). He gained invaluable experience that drives his proven treatment approach.
He is an effective teacher of difficult subjects and concepts. He excels at explaining issues related to mental health to clients in a way you will readily and easily understand.
Vince knows that the narrative or story you tell yourself impacts your relationships and life choices. Through therapy you will learn to better understand yourself, leading to the faster change. He holds the belief that, “all people naturally seek to live as authentically as possible”, and “through living more authentically we can find the answers to most issues that we face in life.”
Personal life:
Outside of work, Vince enjoys practicing and refining singing, spending time with his wife and applying himself to friendly and competitive games of tabletop/board games with friends.
Self-pay rate $165 (53-55 minute session)
This is the cost of therapy if you forgo the use of your insurance coverage. If you plan to use insurance, and want to know the cost, please be sure to ask for a good faith estimate at your first session.
