She is wise beyond her years, offering a warm and welcoming space that immediately helps you open up and share your struggles. She combines her years of education and experience with her mastered skill of active listening. She is so good at building rapport that she rarely has a client not come back after the first session. Her clients often refer their loved one’s to her practice because they feel so great about the progress they made in such a short time.
Along with making you feel at ease in session, she also provides deep insights as to what barriers may be preventing you from seeing yourself worthy of change. She will work with you in collaboration to create a solid treatment plan, provide you with a diagnosis to better understand your struggles and then will give you recommendations on how frequently you should attend sessions in order to quickly meet the goals you are set out to achieve. The more work you do outside of session and the closer you follow recommendations, the sooner you will feel better.
