
Jenna work Monday- Thursday. Has availability as early as 7am and several afternoon and evening openings. She works in-office on Wednesday and via telehealth the other days. Please fill out an appointment request here. You should be able to see her within a few days of getting all your on boarding paperwork complete.

Jenna specializes in working with adult women (ages 18 and up) who are navigating relationship and communication challenges, life transitions, and emotional stress. She supports clients dealing with issues such as identity and values exploration, college and early adulthood changes, and work-related stress. Jenna integrates a variety of therapeutic approaches including Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She believes blending a variety of modalities can help clients build insight, develop coping skills, and create meaningful changes in their lives. She has over 15 years of experience as a licensed clinician.

Jenna takes a collaborative, client-centered approach to therapy, grounded in the belief that a strong therapeutic relationship is essential for growth and change to take place. She strives to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. Jenna believes in the importance of authenticity and connection in the therapy room- and isn’t afraid to bring a little humor into the process when it fits. She tailors her therapeutic methods to each client, drawing from evidence-based practices while honoring each client’s individualized needs.
Jenna is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She is also a board approved supervisor with the MN Board of Marriage and Family Therapy.
She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire in 2007. She then completed her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University in 2009.
Jenna has experience working in several clinical environments, primarily providing individual and group therapy in outpatient settings. She is an expert at DBT as not only has she been providing this modality but also training others in the field.
Personal life:
In her free time, Jenna enjoys spending time with friends and family, taking walks, traveling, and watching the Vikings (win or lose!)

Self-pay rate: $165 (53-55 min session)
