Professional Background

Jenna earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire and completed her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Argosy University. She has worked primarily in outpatient clinical settings, providing both individual and group therapy. She is also a Board-Approved Supervisor with the MN Board of Marriage and Family Therapy.

Self-Pay Rate (Opt-Out of Insurance)

2026 rate: $175 (53–55 min session)

This fee reflects opting out of using insurance and paying privately. FSA, HSA, and major credit cards are accepted at the time of service.

For active clients, please message Jenna in the client portal.

Contacting her about ongoing clinical matters by regular email or phone is discouraged, as it is not HIPAA compliant and should be reserved for in-session time.

Messaging inside the portal is the preferred form of communication.
