
Jenna work Monday- Thursday. Has availability as early as 7am and several afternoon and evening openings. She works in-office on Wednesday and via telehealth the other days. About Jenna Zoz, LMFT
Jenna is a therapist for women in Minnesota who offers both in-person sessions in Eagan and telehealth statewide. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 15 years of experience supporting adult women through growth, transition, and emotional challenges. She takes a collaborative and client-centered approach, believing that meaningful change happens through a strong therapeutic relationship. Jenna creates a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore emotions, patterns, and life experiences with honesty and self-compassion. She values authenticity and connection in the therapy room and will occasionally bring in humor when it helps clients feel more at ease.

Professional Background
Jenna earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire and completed her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Argosy University. She has worked primarily in outpatient clinical settings, providing both individual and group therapy. In addition, she is a Board-Approved Supervisor with the MN Board of Marriage and Family Therapy.

Outside of work, Jenna enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, taking walks, and cheering on the Vikings — win or lose.
