About Jenna (Zoz) Hager, LMFT

Jenna (Zoz) Hager LMFT is a therapist for women in Minnesota offering in-person counseling in Eagan and telehealth sessions statewide.

Jenna takes a collaborative, client-centered approach to therapy, grounded in the belief that a strong therapeutic relationship is essential for growth and change to take place. She strives to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and life experiences — and she is not afraid to bring a little humor into the process when it fits.

Jenna believes deeply in the importance of authenticity and genuine connection in the therapy room. She does not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, she meets each client exactly where they are, tailoring her style and methods to fit your unique needs, goals, and pace. Whether you arrive with a clear sense of what you want to work on or you are not quite sure where to start, Jenna will help you find your footing.

As a therapist for women in Minnesota, Jenna has spent more than 15 years supporting women through some of life’s most challenging and meaningful transitions. She understands that the pressures women face — in relationships, at work, in their sense of identity, and in their daily lives — are real, layered, and often difficult to name. Her goal is to help you not only understand what you are carrying but to find a path forward that feels genuinely yours.

Jenna enjoys working with women navigating relationship and communication challenges, life transitions, and emotional stress. She has supported clients dealing with identity and values exploration, college and early adulthood changes, work-related stress and burnout, and emotional overwhelm. She finds deep meaning in walking alongside her clients through these experiences and is genuinely invested in each person’s growth and well-being.

If you are ready to take the first step, Jenna warmly invites you to reach out and schedule your first session. You do not have to have everything figured out before you begin — that is what the process is for.

Therapeutic Style and Approach

Jenna draws from several evidence-based modalities tailored to each individual client:

Narrative Therapy

Helps clients reframe and rewrite the stories they tell about themselves and their lives — creating space for a more empowering and accurate self-understanding.

Solution-Focused Therapy

Builds on existing strengths and resources to create practical, forward-moving change — focusing on where you want to go rather than only on what has gone wrong.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Helps clients clarify their values and commit to actions that bring meaning and reduce suffering — learning to make room for difficult feelings rather than fighting them.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Jenna has extensive experience providing and training others in DBT, offering a strong foundation in emotional regulation, mindfulness, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.
