
Paige works Monday through Thursday in office and virtually. She is accepting new clients and can often get you in within a week or two. Her afternoon and evening appointments fill first so you may have to wait 4-6 weeks to get into those time slots. Fill out an appointment request here.

Paige specializes in Eating Disorders, Addiction, Trauma and Greif. She see’s individuals 10 years and up as well as does some limited couples work. She has found great success in her treatment due evidence-based modalities, including CBT (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy) and trauma-informed care using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) where she is partially trained (it’s an extensive training that take over 18 months to complete). She also treats those struggling with symptoms associated with Depression, Anxiety, Life Transitions to just name a few.

Don’t let Paige’s youthful face fool you, she is wise beyond her years, offering a warm and welcoming space that immediately helps you open up and share your struggles. She combines her years of education and experience with her mastered skills of active listening. She is so good at building rapport that she rarely has a client not come back after the first session. Her clients often refer their loved one’s to her practice because they feel so grateful for the changes they see in their lives after only a short time.
Paige is a LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker). She earned her undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Winona and a Master’s degree in social work from the University of Kansas.

Paige is able to offer her specialty in eating disorders and addiction/substance abuse after working for an intensive outpatient day treatment program that offered both of these treatment options. She works in collaboration with you to create a solid treatment plan, provide you with a diagnosis to better understand your struggles and then will give you recommendations on how frequently you should attend sessions in order to quickly meet the goals you are set out to achieve. The more work you do outside of session and the closer you follow recommendations, the sooner you will feel better.
Paige firmly believes in the inherent value of every individual and is dedicated to helping her clients discover their own solutions to their challenges, with the understanding that everyone deserves a life that brings them happiness.
Paige enjoys spending her free time with her family, camping, traveling and seeking new adventures. A mom to two young children, she is striving to find balance in her life and yours.
