Pay range $100k-$118K annually.

18 plus hrs a week
Hybrid is an option. You can work from home and have an office a day or two or be fully in office. **Full remote work would only be possible if client demand is high enough for telehealth. This could be a goal to work towards if it is something you seak.

- We are a small clinic with only a handful of clinicians who are here to support you. The owner of the clinic is as supportive as you need but allows you full independence once you are trained in. The office space is very peaceful and welcoming.
All of the professionals in the space keep a great working environment and we promote social hours regularly to build personal relationships outside of the important work we do.

Job description: Outpatient therapy. Provide treatment for clients in the outpatient setting in office or via telehealth. This includes following all of your licensing laws but working independently under your own license and LLC.
- Requirements: Diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, accurate and timely progress notes, discharge summaries, frequent coordination of care when medically necessary.
You are in your own private practice, working for a group practice. As long as client care is professional, clinic policy is followed as well as current license laws, you have autonomy. You are your own boss.
- The clinic is conveniently located off 35E and Yankee Doodle in Eagan. Less than 10 minutes from St. Paul and less than 15 minutes from Mpls.
- The suite is shared with other professionals in the wellness field who are more than happy to cross refer. This included licensed massage therapists and energy workers.

- The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 1-4 yrs experience as a fully licensed behavioral health professional (LP, LPCC, LICSW, LMFT).
- Current credentialing with most major insurance carriers is necessary to do this position. The clinic is looking for an individual that enjoys working independently, is passionate about the work, self-motivated, enjoys diversity and is interested in serving, adolescents, adults, couples or a combination of several of the demographics. While building your caseload, it is asked to work a few evenings a week based on the client demands expressed to the insurance companies who we have a contract with.
Current contracts consist of: Health Partners, Cigna, Aetna, BCBS, First Health, Sandford Health and UCARE.
- The provider who enjoys autonomy will decide what days and hours work best for them. Min. of 6 hrs per day if you are using an office. Looking for a clinician to see a min of 18 full hour sessions a week to help fill current demand.

- The group provides marketing, administration for onboarding, in-house billing with a billing specialist, electronic billing, electronic record keeping in an EHR software system and plenty of referrals. The clinic is currenlty putting most clients on a waitlist due to not having enough clinicians to fill the demand.
The office will be fully furnished. The offices are beautifully furnished with warm decor, high ceilings, tons of natural sunlight and privacy. Contractor provides their own business ID as a sole proprietor or LLC, liability insurance, and laptop. You will learn most aspects of being in private practice with the support of a group and an administrator to help guide you.
- If you are concerned about not having the benefit of insurance, there are several options on the state MNsure site that are affordable. The extra compensation with a percentage share will more than make up for the cost of purchasing individual insurance.
Fee split is generous and based on revenue. As revenue increases, the fee split follows. Additionally insurance panel’s have been adding annual increases.
- Overall income is higher than most mental health clinics because this clinic does not contact with low paying insurance panels. This is an attempt to keep a level of integrity to the field and provide you the pay that is deserved for the amount of education and experienced needed to do this work.

- Income is highly dependent on how full your caseload is and how many hours you work as well as education level. The more motivation you have to obtain and retain clients, makes a significant different in income. If you don’t find yourself to be be self-driven, this is not a good position for you.
Average take home is $103 a session at the masters level. $120 at the doctorate.
Ex: Doctorate level ave hrs a week 20= 118k annually (3 wks off)
Master level ave hrs a week 20= 100k annually (3 wks off)
