Cicely was born with a passion to help others see their importance in the world. She is a life-long learner of psychology and sociology and uses her wealth of knowledge to help you achieve the goals you have come in to accomplish. She see’s you for who you are, helps you see the strengths you may have not yet identified and helps you feel more motivated for change then you have ever experienced. She specialized in women’s health and has extensive experience treating complex trauma as a result of domestic violence or narcissistic abusive relationship dynamics. She also works with refugees from war torn areas after gaining experience with this population on the East coast for several years. This experience not only has helped her be effective with these populations but has made her a stronger generalist when working with people who struggle with depression, anxiety, mood disorders and life transitions.
By the end of the first session, you will feel heard, understood and see why she followed the path of healing.

She knows the importance of you leading the direction of your treatment based on your desired goals and is not afraid to help support you in this while also being directive when necessary.
