She see’s you for who you are, helps you see the strengths you may have not yet identified and helps you feel more motivated for change then you have ever experienced. She specialized in women’s health and has extensive experience treating complex trauma as a result of domestic violence or narcissistic abusive relationship dynamics. She also works with refugees from war torn areas after gaining experience with this population on the East coast for several years. This experience not only has helped her be effective with these populations but has made her a stronger generalist when working with people who struggle with depression, anxiety, mood disorders and life transitions.

By the end of the first session, you will feel heard, understood and see why she followed the path of healing.

She also helps individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Cicely is so versatile in her skills due to her extensive experience; she also treats relational concerns through individual therapy or couples therapy. She knows the importance of you leading the direction of your treatment based on your desired goals and is not afraid to help support you in this while also being directive when necessary.

To say this women is intelligent, is an understatement. Her vast knowledge does not leave her clients intimidated, rather thrilled to have found her and learn from everything she has to share.
